Allergic to Jerks

The first time we brewed this it was by mistake. The brewer dry hopped the wrong tank. It was fate...the pale ale turned out great. Slightly hoppy, a good malt balance and crisp finish. Pilsner malt and Kolsch yeast pair great! Citra hops round out the list of ingredients and make for a very nice easy dringing pale ale.
