Our Flagship Brews

Visit us in the taproom for a full beer list. There are usually 10+ beers on tap.

Bethel Blonde Ale

As the name implies, this beer is light in color. Nominated for The Growler’s 2019 Kind-of-a-Big-Deal Award! Full malt sweetness, soft with a slight bread or biscuit character, and low bitterness. We dry hop this beer to give it some hop flavor to compliment the malt sweetness. Its a taproom favorite here in Bethel!

IBU: 20 ABV: 4.5%

Tiller Motor Mild

English Mild's are dark to medium brown. Light malt aroma with some fruitiness. Malts are the star of the show here, with little to no hop aroma. A traditional English yeast gives this beer a slightly sweet, but dry finish. Low ABV makes it a very approachable dark beer, and a light body helps keep this beer very refreshing and drinkable. Give it try, people love it!

IBU: 19 ABV: 3.6%

bOAT Launch Oatmeal Stout

A classic representation of the style, our Oatmeal Stout is a full bodied beer. Starts with a mild roasted aroma that lingers from the first sip to the last. Its slightly hop forward nature gives way to a smooth chocolate and coffee flavor, with a silky smooth and slightly sweet finish. A great all around stout that is sure to please. Great story about the name: A very creative 9-year-old came up with it ;) Enjoy!

 IBU: 35 ABV: 6.2%

5-7-5 Apricot Wheat

This beer became our most popular beer when home brewing! Light, golden, smooth, it's a crisp american wheat ale brewed with a generous amount of wheat and classic american hops. Added to the familiar hop flavor is loads of natural apricot puree. Moderately malty and sweet on the taste buds, the apricot flavor jumps out to say hello. A quick crowd favorite and perfect for new craft beer drinkers, or those who enjoy a glass of white wine.

IBU: 17 ABV: 4.5% ABV

Long Lake IPA

It's an IPA, what more do we have to say right? Hoppy, bold and delicious for starters! This American IPA is brewed to have a balanced, but hoppy profile. Single hopped using Citra, this beer has tons of citrus and tropical fruit flavor that compliments the malty base perfectly. Classic American Ale yeast gives the beer a crisp clean finish that is slightly dry. We take our growlers of this to the lake, which lake you ask? You'll have to guess.....

IBU: 68 ABV: 6.1%

Hapjazardly Kölsch

Kölsch style beers are light gold, pleasant and subtle. That's where this beer takes a sharp detour. We spike the fermentor with fresh jalapenos to make a statement. The kick is all in the flavor, but doesn't linger long, making for a smooth and clean drinkability. A nice white rocky head hangs out until the glass is empty. Medium to low hop bitterness partners with a malty smooth body. A hybrid ale-lager Kölsch style is seldom brewed, but gaining popularity in the craft beer world. This beer is awesome, if we do say so ourselves.
